    The successful candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare industry, information technologies and processes, along with very strong financial/business acumen. In this role, the candidate will report to Data Integration Manager and understand the strategy and vision of Business Intelligence, Data Integrations and Database Administration. The potential candidate is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and determining how an enterprise’s data will be stored and utilized.


    • Identify strategic data requirements for ADMI
    • Determine how an enterprise’s data will be stored and utilized
    • Assess the enterprise’s internal and external data and design blueprint to manage the available data
    • Create inventory of enterprise’s data and store data in easily accessible format
    • Design and develop complex database management systems and separate public data from private ones
    • Create back up plan to cater for the data needs of the company in times of emergency or cyber attack
    • Collaborate with enterprise’s management needs to create data models in line with the organizations need
    • Research to collate new data and update the company’s database from time to time
    • Meld existing data architecture with new ones as technology emerges
    • Learn new techniques for data modeling and management
    • Ensure the protection of data from unauthorized persons
    • Create ETL architectural and development standards
    • Create and maintain Data Dictionaries
    • Lead team and development efforts
    • Perform other duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.

    Minimum Education and Experience


    • 10+ Years of MS SSIS Experience
    • 10+ years of MS SSRS experience
    • 8+ years of MS SSAS experience
    • 5+ years of MS SQL Server database design/development
    • 5+ years of data warehousing experience
    • Experience in data modeling
    • Strong Understanding of Agile Data Warehouse Development
    • Advance knowledge of performance tuning related to ETL Development
    • Strong experience with Source Control (TFS, RedGate, etc.)
    • Strong Leadership, communication (verbal & written) and problem solving skills
    • Project team leadership experience
    • Results/Goal oriented
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time efficiently.
