    As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join a dedicated team as Specialty Credentialing and Enrollment Representative.

     

     

    The Specialty Credentialing and Enrollment Representative is a key member of the Insurance Operations Team.  They will be focused on achieving daily/ weekly/monthly goals related to credentialing and enrolling Large Group Practice Owners and providers that perform specialty services in Aspen Branded practices.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • All carrier enrollment activities for specialty providers
    • Develop, implement and monitor workflows and protocols for continuous quality improvement and increase operational efficiencies for credentialing processes related to specialists
    • Responsible for completion of required reporting according to established timelines and reporting parameters.
    • Monitor and maintain standard operating procedures for credentialing activities.  To include review of NCQA, URAC, and delegated credentialing agreements and standards.
    • Keeping management informed of issues or patterns affecting operations. 
    • Support Specialists, Field Management, and the Director of Specialty services teams as needed.  Accountable for responding to management/dentist concerns timely and effectively
    • Relationship management and development with internal and external customers.
    • Understanding of DEA and Anesthesia permitting

    Minimum Education and Experience

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience with provider credentialing and insurance enrollment
    • Leadership experience required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, A/S 400 required
    • Dental office experience helpful
