    As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.


    The Digital Marketing Coordinator assists in the management and growth of Aspen Dental’s online presence via owned properties, and collaborates with the Search Marketing, CRM and Social teams on cross functional initiatives.  This role provides day-to-day tactical support for all digital programs and campaigns, including but not limited to: landing page design and development, mobile marketing, usability research, A/B testing, quality control testing, and project management.


    • Assist with the overall website structure and design, deployment scheduling, version control, and testing procedures.
    • Assist with a content marketing strategy to positively influence customer behavior. 
    • Support website design, standards, guidelines and procedures working in partnership with content owners to enforce editorial policy and corporate identity guidelines.
    • Support digital marketing plans, work with partners to implement campaigns and analyze performance against objectives.
    • Provide project management support in the continuous improvement of web properties and digital development efforts.
    • Utilize research tools (Google Analytics, Qualtrics) to produce trend reports and understand the digital consumer.
    • Recommend and implement additional functionality or enhancements to existing web properties to improve overall site satisfaction.
    • Implement tactics to test and influence consumer behavior with personas, personalization, and A/B testing.
    • Create data-driven insights about visitor behavior using data on traffic patterns, conversion funnel, and navigation behavior.
    • Stay abreast of technology and new developments concerning digital platforms.
    • Partner with internal and external teams to plan and optimize customer journey cross-channel. 
    • Works with the Director and Manager of Digital Marketing to understand the effectiveness of marketing activities and to evolve the marketing plan
    • Coordinate with Information Technology partners to drive digital marketing projects
    • Support Marketing and IT teams on website testing and/or QA testing.

    Minimum Education and Experience

    The person selected for this new opportunity will possess;

    • A. or B.S. degree with a major in marketing, communications or related field with 2+years of experience handling elements of Digital Marketing
