In this role, you will support our Scheduling Center, Field Support and Patient Satisfaction teams to evaluate business and data needs by working collaboratively and effectively with team members. Playing a role in ACD Management and Schedule Maximization are additional duties added that will be further expanded on and developed in this position. This role will report to the VP of Practice Support Services and will have (1) Business Analyst reporting to it.
