Together, we put patients at the heart of everything we do.  As a reflection of our current needs we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated Support Staff Department as Data Analysis Manager.


    In this role, you will support our Scheduling Center, Field Support and Patient Satisfaction teams to evaluate business and data needs by working collaboratively and effectively with team members. Playing a role in ACD Management and Schedule Maximization are additional duties added that will be further expanded on and developed in this position. This role will report to the VP of Practice Support Services and will have (1) Business Analyst reporting to it.

    Duties for this position include:

    • Interface frequently with field partners and other internal business leaders
    • Work with the Management Team to determine business and data needs
    • Accountable for all Patient Satisfaction Survey sampling and analysis
    • Use statistical methods and modeling to depict trends
    • Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience through data analysis
    • Responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting including incentive management
    • Turn data into meaningful information by creating custom reports that tell a story about our business in a variety of areas
    • Involved in process improvements and may act in the capacity of a PM and BA as needed

    Minimum Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
    • 10+ years associated work experience
    • Practical application with MS office products, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, CMS, Call Center software including Avaya CMS, WFM-Pipkins, and QCM-Cacti
    • Strong analytical abilities
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
    • ACD analysis experience a plus
    • Business Analysis and Project Management experience a plus
    • NPS certification not required but will be necessary to obtain
