Position Summary

As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Digital Search Coordinator.





  • Search Engine Optimization: Ensure that offices, healthcare providers and job listings presence is maximized in local search results while elevating the Dental and Urgent Care brand websites in national organic results.

  • Partner with and guide internal and external teams in building content assets that mutually support brand and search goals.
  • Guide decisions in creating an intuitive website information architecture and ensuring that the most effective semantic structure, metadata, internal linking and accessibility standards are followed.
  • Identify local and national opportunities for external linking back to brand websites. Coordinate with PR and social teams on local link outreach.


  • Paid Search: Maximize media spend to achieve new patient cost per acquisition targets.


  • Identify opportunities such as account re-structuring, new keyword expansion, ad copy testing, process improvements and working with our external agency to implement and report on performance.
  • Create hypotheses for landing page A/B testing and implementing those tests in conjunction with external design agency and internal partners.


  • Local Listings Management: Ensure that office and healthcare provider listing data is accurate on Google Maps, Bing Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, Healthgrades and other local listing sites for the Dental and Urgent Care brands. Leverage communication opportunities unique to each platform such as Google Posts and other featured messaging.



  • Partner with internal teams and external agency partners to plan, enact and report on search strategies and tactics.
  • Works with the Director of Digital, Digital Manager of Search and entire marketing team to understand the effectiveness of search activities and to evolve the marketing plan.
  • Coordinates with Information Technology and Design partners to drive search marketing projects.
  • Support Marketing and IT teams on website testing and/or QA testing of search project enhancements.

Minimum Education and Experience


The person selected for this new opportunity will possess:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree with a major in marketing, communications or related field with 2+years of experience handling Search Marketing or general Digital Marketing activities.  
  • Familiarity with web design and web development agile processes. Database and SQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as SiteCore.
  • Experience with organic rank tracking tools which could include Moz, SemRush, BrightEdge, BrightLocal and diagnostic tools such as Screaming Frog.
  • Experience with digital ad trafficking tools such as DoubleClick Search, Marin,  Kenshoo, DoubleClick Campaign and Bidding Manager is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics. Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience with local listing management platforms such as Yext or Brandify is a plus.
  • Experience with call tracking platforms such as Invoca, Dialogtech or Marchex is a plus.
