This position will educate, provide support, guidance and oversight for all aspects of Patient Financing through onsite visits and assessment. This position will partner with Field Operations, New Office Development, Learning & Development, and other key internal partners to improve knowledge and execution of third party financing with the goal to improve access to care and the overall user / patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Position will be one of the lead contacts regarding answering training questions and current policies
  • Position will need to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), on Aspen Dental’s current patient financing products and procedures
  • Position will support New Office Development rollouts to ensure all staff is certified and trained on proper third party lender requirements and protocol
  • Individual must have ability and experience with running training webinars and training calls with multiple levels of experienced attendees on calls
  • Position will work with key departments to reduce refunds, chargebacks, and overall satisfaction complaints
  • Individual will be responsible for investigating financing chargebacks and complaints and providing appropriate feedback to appropriate management
  • Position will prepare daily/weekly/monthly internal analysis on areas such as fees, product usage, and other necessary reporting
  • Position will work with Third Party Financing Lenders to ensure all financing related materials arrive in New Practices prior to opening day
  • Position will assist Cash Management department in setting up new offices and ownership changes with Third party Lenders
  • Position will assist in updating and creating training documents and resources for pre-existing as well as new products
  • Position will assist with product change rollouts and create analysis on product tests.
  • Position will provide audit support for DVP / Director to mitigate risk, ensure office compliance and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Position may require limited travel

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Education Level: Bachelors or Associates Degree, depending on experience
  • Working knowledge of healthcare and dental industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with serving large multi-office & owner environment (preferred, but not required)
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting reports and data, experience with Excel macros and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
